(I wished I had called him sooner.) Things weren’t working out with my current team, and I was apprehensive about starting over. But Right from the beginning I could see what was different about Steve. He quickly was up to speed with the particulars, and moved rapidly forward. in spite some of the missteps he had to remedy from the previous council.

One of things I appreciated most was how responsive he was. Any questions, concerns of any kind that I had were always addressed in a timely manner. Steve always went out if his way to communicate, update, and to patiently explain any and all of the details of my case. I was particularly impressed with his trouble shooting skills. Getting to the heart of things, and moving through and finding ways to problem solve.
